Agent to Agent: connect your own AI agent to Acai

A new way into Acai. Our Agent to Agent service allows your own AI agents to connect to Acai and asks directly.

Read and quote only. The agent reads live GDS data and prices what a change or a cancellation would cost. It does not ticket, cancel, void, or otherwise alter a booking.

What a connected agent can ask for

• PNR lookup — itinerary and segment status, travelers, ticket numbers and coupon status, fare and tax breakdown, form of payment, baggage, seats and ancillaries.
• PNR history — what was added, removed or exchanged, when, and from which office.
• Fare rule analysis — change and cancellation conditions, refundability, validity and advance-purchase requirements, and the penalties that follow from them.
• Change and exchange quotes — alternative flights priced against live fare rules, with the fare difference and any penalty.
• Cancellation and refund quotes — refundable amount, penalty, recoverable taxes and residual value.
• Airline and supplier policy — baggage, conditions of carriage, seats and ancillaries, unaccompanied minors, pets and special items, name changes and no-show rules.

Disruption waiver search is on the surface but not answering yet.

Connecting. Acai publishes a standard A2A agent card, so a connecting agent discovers these skills on its own. The transport is JSON-RPC with streaming, plain text in and out, and authentication is a tenant-scoped Acai access key sent in an X-API-Key header.

PNR history: Amadeus

Acai can walk the full change trail of an Amadeus booking, not just its flights.

• Itinerary changes: segments added, cancelled or rescheduled
• Queue activity, ticketing, fare, payment and form-of-payment changes
• Remarks, SSRs, contact and name changes
• Each entry timestamped and attributed to the office or agent behind it
