Script actions
25 September 2026 · Added
A workflow that has to happen in a fixed order should not depend on a model choosing to follow it. Script actions let an administrator write that procedure out, deterministically, while still handing the judgement calls to an agent.
Deterministic by default, agentic where it matters
A script runs the steps you wrote, in the order you wrote them, calling only the tools you selected. Where a decision genuinely needs interpretation — reading what a traveller asked for, making sense of a fare rule — the script calls an agent and gets back structured data it can branch on.
Tool failures are values, not crashes
A tool that fails returns its error to the script, so you can retry, fall back, or route elsewhere. Only a policy violation stops execution.
Dry-run the whole thing
A dry run evaluates the complete script. Reads and embedded agents run normally; anything that would write is skipped. You see what it would have done before it does it.
Guardrails, delegations and logs
Scripts reach only the tools an administrator selected, can hand off to another handling rule by name, and record an execution log. They cannot import modules or reach the filesystem, the environment or the network.
Minor schedule changes: automation
31 July 2026 · Added
Opening scope for automating the handling of minor schedule changes, building on the schedule-change classification engine.
- Separates trivial schedule changes from the ones that need an agent
- First step towards handling the trivial ones end to end
Automated cancellations and refunds: Sabre
17 July 2026 · Improved
Cancellations that run end to end and record their reasoning.
- Determines from the live fare rules whether a ticket is voidable or refundable
- Executes the cancellation and returns residual value to the traveler
- Writes a plain-language explanation of every decision it made
- Deployed supervised first, then progressively automated per account
