DescribeDocument retrieves a document by ID, with a short-lived download URL.

Given start_line or end_line it returns only those lines of the content, so a
long document can be read in parts, e.g. around a passage ListDocuments found. They come as
"| ", up to the last whole line within 100,000 characters; a whole read stays unnumbered.
