QuoteTicketing

https://api.acai.travel//gds/quote-ticketing

QuoteTicketing reprices an existing PNR and persists the resulting
priced-quote record on the PNR so that ExecuteTicketing can ticket
against a stable fare. Returns the new quote index plus the priced
total. Always issues a fresh pricing round-trip — there is no local
caching of prior quotes.
