Your Acai tenant identifier.

CreatePassengerRecordRequest creates a held PNR (passengers + air
segments) and returns its record locator. Ticketing is a separate
step. date_of_birth and gender on every passenger are required
because TSA-validated carriers reject ticketing without them.
