ExecuteTicketing

https://api.acai.travel//gds/execute-ticketing

ExecuteTicketing issues e-tickets against a previously persisted
priced quote. The quote must already exist on the PNR (created by an
earlier QuoteTicketing call). On GDS rejection (quote expired, fare
rule violation, schedule change), surfaces a structured precondition
error so callers can decide whether to re-quote and retry.
