ListDocuments lists documents with optional search, filtering, and sorting.

A search with a filters.bucket EQUAL answers from that bucket's passages when it has them: one item
per document, ranked by its best passage, at most 100, offset and sort ignored. Otherwise, or past
1000 characters, search ranks as described on it.
