CancelUnusedPassengerRecord

https://api.acai.travel//gds/passenger-records//cancel-unused

CancelUnusedPassengerRecord sweeps a PNR whose tickets have never
been issued or voided and whose segments are still HK/SS. Refuses
(cancelled=false + typed skip_reason) if any of those conditions
fail — never force-cancels a live booking.
